Erica LoPresti, RN, MSN FNP-BC, is a dedicated healthcare professional with a remarkable journey that spans various areas of expertise. Her commitment to patient care, holistic wellness, and ongoing education has established her as a leading figure in the medical field.
Ms. LoPresti embarked on her educational path by earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree in 2002 from William Patterson University, where she was an active member of the Sigma Theta Tau National Honor Society of Nursing, demonstrating her commitment to excellence from the outset of her career.
After completing her undergraduate studies, Erica began her nursing career as a staff nurse at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, New Jersey. Her early specialization encompassed cardiology, internal medicine, and surgery, providing her with invaluable clinical experience in diverse medical disciplines.
As she continued to evolve in her career, Erica transitioned into the field of plastic and reconstructive surgery, contributing to some of the first successful nerve transplants in the country. This groundbreaking work inspired her to pursue further education.
Driven by her passion for healthcare, Erica pursued her Master's degree from Monmouth University. In 2009, she graduated with a Master's degree as a family nurse practitioner, earning her board certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. This academic achievement opened up new avenues for her to provide comprehensive and compassionate care to her patients.
Erica's journey in healthcare led her to work in a hospital setting for several years, where she witnessed the realities of disease and its impact on individuals and families. Motivated by a desire to promote higher-quality, more therapeutic approaches to medicine, she began incorporating regenerative and functional medicine, emphasizing the impact and role of one's lifestyle as preventive medicine, and offering hope and healing to her patients.
In addition to her extensive medical background, Erica has expanded her focus to include holistic skin aesthetics. She is dedicated to enhancing each client's natural beauty through minimally and non-invasive treatments. Her holistic approach encompasses the well-being of the skin and the body, reflecting her commitment to a comprehensive approach to healthcare.
Autumn Crisp, Licensed Aesthetician
Autumn, a licensed aesthetician and integral part of Shore Point Aesthetics & Healing, embodies the balance of artistry and science in modern skincare. Over the past year, she has built a thriving practice rooted in results-driven treatments and genuine client connection, earning a reputation for her meticulous care and intuitive touch.
After earning her degree in Business from the University of Tampa and dedicating several years to raising her children, Autumn followed her long-held passion for skincare—completing her esthetics training with distinction and a clear purpose: to help others look and feel their best at every stage of life.
Autumn’s philosophy centers on the belief that radiant skin begins within. She integrates advanced modalities with a holistic, restorative approach—designing personalized treatment experiences that enhance skin health, confidence, and overall well-being. Whether guiding clients through corrective journeys or maintaining luminous results, Autumn’s calm presence and clinical precision make her an essential part of

Dr. Rakesh Passi MD - Collaborating Physician
Erica first met Dr. Passi in 2002 at the very beginning of her nursing career, forming a professional relationship that has spanned more than two decades. As Erica advanced in her training and became a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2009, she worked closely with Dr. Passi both in the hospital and outpatient setting, where mentorship, trust, and shared clinical values defined their collaboration.
Dr. Passi is a quadruple board-certified physician with over 40 years of experience and longstanding affiliations with leading New Jersey hospital systems. He is widely respected for his expertise in complex cardiovascular disease and for his calm, patient-centered approach to care. Following the passing of Erica’s partner, Steve, Dr. Passi was a strong advocate for her opening a practice and has served as Shore Point Aesthetics & Healing’s collaborating physician since its inception.
His role reflects Shore Point’s commitment to ethical, thoughtful medicine—grounded in experience, integrity, and responsible collaboration. Dr. Passi serves as the collaborating physician for Shore Point Aesthetics & Healing in accordance with New Jersey collaborative practice requirements, providing medical oversight within his scope of licensure.
